Episode 3 of 30

Caleb Shore, a disgraced founder from the ocean-technology world, comes back to the coastal town of T, hoping to rebuild his life far from the scandal that drove him out. A growing sense that the tides are reaching for him sets up a conflict between the man he was and a power he never expected to answer to.
