Terms of use

Template notice. These terms are a starting structure, not legal advice. Have a qualified lawyer in your operating jurisdiction review them before you launch.
1. Your account
Watching does not require an account. Creating one lets you save titles to your list and keep your place across devices. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your password private.
2. Free, ad-supported access
- Epik Drama is free to watch. There is no subscription, and no part of the catalogue sits behind a payment.
- The service is funded by advertising displayed alongside the content.
- You may use an ad blocker; we will not deny you playback for it.
- Advertisers do not receive your account details. See the privacy policy for what is shared.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not download, capture, restream or redistribute any part of the service.
- Do not circumvent access controls, rate limits or playback protections.
- Do not scrape the catalogue or resell access.
4. Content rights
Every title on Epik Drama is produced in-house, licensed from its rights holder, or in the public domain. Public-domain films are streamed from their source archive and carry a provenance link on the title page. We do not host, index or link to content we are not entitled to distribute.
5. Availability
Titles may be added or removed as licences change, and public-domain titles depend on their source archive remaining available.
