What this build stores

• Account: email address, display name, and a salted scrypt hash of your password. Plaintext passwords are never stored.
• Playback: which episode you last watched and your position in it, so playback resumes across devices.
• Library: the series and films you save to your list.
• Session: one signed, HTTP-only cookie.

Advertising

This build ships reserved ad placements but no ad network is connected, so nothing is currently sent to a third party. Once you connect a network, disclose it by name here, list what it receives, and gate it behind a consent banner wherever the law requires one, an obligation that is triggered by the ad tag, not by your account system.

What this build does not do

No data is sold. There are no analytics trackers in the codebase.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data or ask for your account to be deleted. Deleting an account removes its progress and watchlist.
