Her Sinful Novice

Episode 21 of 45

Ella, a defiant noblewoman, is left at St. Margaret's Abbey by her unfeeling father after she calls off her engagement. Desperate, she climbs the bell tower intending to take her own life, but the austere abbess Seraphina pulls her back during a violent storm and mistakes her for Lucia, Seraphina's lost love. Ella then sets out on a risky campaign to unsettle the abbess, from burning her father's betrothal letter in public to quietly baking egg custard tarts for the dim convent. As the rain drums on, a long-buried and forbidden passion begins to stir between the two women.
