Drugged, Cynthia spends a night with a mysterious stranger and later gives birth to twins, but her stepsister insists the babies did not survive. Five years on, she marries Richard, a humble stable hand, and helps raise his two young children. Richard is secretly the Prince of the Moon Kingdom, and the children are Cynthia's own flesh and blood. With his royal identity exposed, her stepsister scheming for the throne, and her mother's wrongful conviction still unavenged, Cynthia must ask whether a marriage built on deception can grow into true love.
