Twist of time

Episode 53 of 61

On the day of his father's burial, Ethan Arturo is startled by the arrival of Kyle Crisanto, who turns out to be his stepbrother. Seeking comfort at a bar, Ethan notices Kyle spotting his interest in waitress Nathalie Andrés, and when he tries to speak with her she cuts him down in front of others. Wounded and eager to recover his pride, Ethan makes a wager with Kyle that he can win Nathalie into his bed within a single week. The plan goes sideways as the two begin to fall for each other, until a anonymous tip reveals the bet and Nathalie ends things. Weeks later, her heart still refuses to let Ethan go, and her best friend Kristine Malic urges her to seek closure.
