Episode 5 of 14

Annie Blackwood turns eighteen as the only member of her powerful witch family who has never shown a trace of magic. Her relatives are embarrassed by her, her friends have no idea where she truly comes from, and she has long accepted that she will never wield any power. On her birthday, the night of her deepest humiliation, a fire stirs inside her that astonishes everyone, Annie included. She is whisked away to a hidden Academy for witches, where the rules are harsh, rivals scheme constantly, and the magnetic headmaster stirs feelings in her that go well beyond sorcery.
