The Old Chef They Fired

Episode 7 of 34

Veteran chef Thomas Dawson has poured ten years of devotion into his kitchen, yet he is suddenly pushed out in front of his staff. The humiliation comes from a grasping employer and a polished manager who believes that technology should run every part of the restaurant. Thomas now faces the bitter question of what a lifetime of craft is worth when the people in charge only count numbers.
