The Mermaid King Begged Me to Return

Episode 40 of 40

Ryla once gave up her divine status to be with Mermaid King Aiden, and she spent five lonely years waiting in his shadow. At their son's fifth birthday, Aiden showed up with another woman at his side, and the boy wished out loud that his mother would stop being his mother. Crushed, Ryla walked away and accepted a proposal from the God King. Only then do Aiden and their son begin to grasp how much they have lost.
