The Hundredth Oath

Episode 18 of 50

To protect the Kingdom of Avaloria, Loki gives up his divine nature and keeps a promise made to the late king: he will serve Freya and bear a hundred wrongs from her. Freya, steered by the schemer Surt, slowly takes away his authority, his command of the army, and his standing at court. When the hundredth betrayal finally arrives, Loki completes his oath, surrenders what little rank he still holds, signs off on the end of their betrothal, and sets his mind on leaving the royal palace behind.
