The Heiress Prevented from Returning Home

Episode 1 of 8

Eleanor walked away from a billion-dollar inheritance to marry Jacob, a young man from Mississippi with nothing to his name. Three years later, pregnant and planning to bring him home for Thanksgiving so she can finally reveal who she really is, she is blindsided by Jacob and his family. Convinced that his mistress holds the key to his promotion, Jacob leaves Eleanor stranded on a highway, shuts her in a trunk, and hauls her back South. The journey takes a devastating toll on her and the child she was carrying.
