The Dragon’s Heart Oath

Episode 21 of 68

Elara Veyl has spent her life certain that Kylan Vares is the dragon responsible for destroying her home and taking her family from her. The source premise stops abruptly, so the story's setup rests on that long-held grudge and the vow of vengeance it fuels. Elara's hatred of Kylan is the engine of the series, pulling her toward a confrontation she has long been preparing for. Her belief that he is her enemy sets up a central conflict built on grief, suspicion, and an oath made in the ashes of her past.
