The Dragon King in Rags

Episode 8 of 88

Shaw looks like a penniless beggar, but he is secretly the crown prince of the Dragon Clan. When Sherry is drugged during his trial, he comes to her aid, and once she recovers she surprises him with a marriage proposal that he accepts. Their journey home brings trouble from the Beggar Sect, and Shaw's anger unleashes a power that few have seen. Soon Sherry's family learns she has chosen a beggar and is appalled, forcing her to decide between her husband-to-be and her relatives.
