The Buried Fairy Tale

Episode 5 of 6

Nerissa, a bright young woman from a small town who won a place at a top college, once believed she had found her Prince Charming in Gideon. That belief soon soured into a gilded nightmare marked by her child being taken by her mother-in-law and her husband's repeated infidelity. A violent fall down the stairs cost her their third child, and her mother died after being denied medical care due to poverty. Shaken awake, Nerissa chose divorce, and years later Gideon is consumed by regret while she has rebuilt her life, leaving that naive fairy tale buried in the past.
