Qasim lost his parents to dark wizards when he was still a child, and he now roams the land carrying the magic lamp his mother managed to save. Layla brings him into the palace, where he is given shelter. Jamal wants the lamp for himself and secretly teams up with sorcerers to set an ambush for Layla during a duel. Just as the trap closes, Qasim calls forth the Genie.
