The bought sex partner is the Merfolk King

Episode 8 of 7

Vivian has long been pushed to the side by her family, the biological daughter who never seemed to matter. Using $8,000, she buys Ronan, a low-ranked experimental merman whom others treat as a punching bag for their frustrations. Within this unlikely bond she discovers a loyalty and tenderness that she never received from Caspian, the elite merman she spent millions to raise, who has always preferred her adopted sister.
