Ten Years On, The Empress Wants Me Sent Back.

Episode 24 of 70

Engineer Gu Chen spent years helping Empress Shen climb to the throne, bringing his skills to her side through every step of her rise. Yet the empress has grown fixated on the original owner of the body he now inhabits, and her devotion to that memory leaves no room for him. Her decision to cast him out sets up a painful clash between the past he cannot return to and the present he is trying to hold on to.
