Zion Xavian, a young man building a life in a big city, moves into an apartment he shares with his girlfriend and feels uneasy from the start. When he opens the door, his landlady Susan Morris is waiting for him, dressed up and staring. Zion wants nothing more than to unpack quietly and keep his distance, but Susan keeps pressing closer and trying to start conversations, and her looks suggest she wants much more from him.
