Sugar-Kissed Affection

Episode 8 of 97

Three years ago, Sandy Hunt agreed to a hurried marriage with Darren York as a way to pull her father's struggling company out of its money troubles. Their arrangement was built on necessity rather than romance, and the two have lived side by side since then as near strangers bound by a contract. Sandy has kept her feelings carefully hidden, while Darren's cool, businesslike manner leaves her unsure where she stands in his life. As their daily routines slowly bring them closer, the question of whether a marriage born from obligation can turn into something real begins to weigh on both of them.
