Stepdad Keeps Me In His Palm

Episode 25 of 9

On the night she turns eighteen, Mia gives her stepfather Lucas a watch bought with money she earned herself. For a decade he has shielded her from her abusive mother Laura, a marriage that exists only on paper, while raising Mia with tender devotion. When Lucas senses her feelings have grown past what a daughter should feel, he resolves to send her away. That same night Laura drugs him in a scheme to trap him with a pregnancy, and in the haze he loses control in the rose garden, where a kiss with Mia leaves both of them facing a boundary they had never crossed.
