Red Spear, Broken Vow

Episode 41 of 70

Once the empire's Supreme Commander, a man walked away from his armies to live as a quiet scholar, hiding from the world for three years. The source premise leaves his reasons and the people around him tangled in a web of old loyalties, and the story turns on what he chose to give up and who paid for it. Romance, rivalry and buried vows drive a drama about a heavy choice and the consequences that follow it.
