For two decades Elena Hart quietly supported her husband Marcus Reed while presenting herself as nothing more than a devoted homemaker, though she is secretly the Chairwoman of Apex Influence Network, a leading talent agency. She planned to reveal her identity at the company's anniversary celebration and hand Marcus the crown. On their wedding anniversary, however, she discovers that Marcus is having an affair with Lisa, one of the agency's artists, and that her son Alex has turned against her. Shattered, Elena decides to drop the mask of the gentle wife and take back everything she gave them.
