My Tricky Childhood Love

Episode 34 of 73

Gu Yunqi and Xu Youyou were childhood sweethearts whose bond was torn apart when they were separated for eighteen years. Gu Yunqi has never forgotten the promise the two of them made as children, and that memory keeps his feelings alive across the long years apart. The source for this story stops mid-thought at the point where Gu Yunqi's memory of that promise begins to shape what comes next, so the tension between a lasting childhood vow and the painful gap of time sits at the heart of the drama.
