Mom Never Came

Episode 3 of 34

A little girl keeps waiting for a mother who never shows up to collect her. The reason for that absence hides a truth strong enough to bring down everyone connected to it, and the child's long wait becomes the first thread pulling that buried past into the open. Her patience gives way to the question of who is really responsible for her abandonment and what those people stand to lose.
