Mermaid’s Broken Vow

Episode 8 of 35

Fifteen years ago, a mermaid princess named Miranda rescued a boy called Arthur from drowning, and at his urging she traded her tail for a life on land, where he promised never to leave her side. A decade later, Arthur became engaged to Isabella, heiress to a financial empire, and in pursuit of his ambitions he tore away Miranda's royal scale, the one that guarded her heart. The loss cost Miranda the child she was carrying, and she is left shattered by a betrayal that cuts far deeper than the sea ever could.
