Legal Sanctions: The Customer Is Just a Customer

Episode 36 of 40

Luke Carl has just joined the newly formed Customer Harassment Special Task Force, a unit built to shut down abusive behavior toward service workers. His job puts him in the middle of the very kind of complaints he once dismissed. As he pursues the offenders, he begins to see how a single bad customer can wreck a worker's life and how deeply the system has failed them. The task force becomes a battleground where his sense of duty is tested against people who believe they are untouchable.
