Laundry room complaint letter

Episode 20 of 35

Rosa is a 43-year-old Mexican immigrant working in the laundry of a Chicago hotel, where she pours every paycheck into her daughter's dream of becoming a dancer. The job is grueling, and the city's fast pace leaves her little room to breathe. Her quiet routine among the linen carts is about to be upended by a single letter that changes how the hotel staff see one another.
