I Won't Let You Be Alone

Episode 16 of 80

Top of her class and deaf, she has been bullied by classmates who single her out for her hearing loss alone. Her story reaches back fifteen years to her grandfather, who is also mute, and the bond the two of them share. The source ends abruptly here, so the lines that follow are left unrevealed as the family drama pulls its characters toward a difficult reckoning.
