Harbor of a Thousand Dreams

Episode 65 of 76

On Harbor Isle at the turn of the millennium, glowing neon signs and the tunes spinning in record shops promised a new kind of freedom. Emilia Hayes is desperate to escape the family that has boxed her in, and she rips up her marriage contract, willing to pay any price. Just as liberty seems within reach, Theo Carter, the island's most powerful figure, steps in to stop her, and he happens to be the uncle of the fiancé she has chased for three years without ever learning who he truly was. Theo sees in Emilia the only person of this new age who longs to soar away, and he begins to pull her back one careful move at a time.
