Great Sage Ascends: Chains Break, Legends Rise

Episode 1 of 70

Five centuries ago, the Monkey King was locked away in the depths of Avici Hell after the Buddha falsely condemned him, leaving the true Sun Wukong to suffer in silence. Now the stolen legend has been replaced by an impostor, and the real hero must find a way to break free from his endless confinement. The story centers on his burning desire to reclaim his name and expose the lies that put him there, turning a thirst for vengeance into a battle against the very powers that betrayed him.
