From Doormat Heroine to His Obsession

Episode 9 of 60

Bai Zhizhi is a modern office worker who cannot put down melodramatic novels, and her devotion to those stories becomes tangled with her own life. Her fixation with the heroine of a dramatic romance sets off a serious health crisis. The second-chance theme of the title points to a comeback she will have to fight for.
