Forward, Without Him

Episode 17 of 20

Taylor expects the day her Columbia acceptance arrives to be the happiest of her life, so she quietly flies to New York to surprise her boyfriend Ethan and her best friend Lexi. Instead, she overhears a confession that shatters her trust: the two of them tampered with her application to fulfill a birthday wish of Lexi's, causing Taylor to miss the deadline and lose her place. Worse, they have been secretly together for a year, and Ethan has promised Lexi he will remain with her until fall before going back to Taylor. Standing alone outside with cupcakes and sunflowers in hand, Taylor realizes that everything she has built rests on their deception.
