Forbidden Journey

Episode 2 of 45

Three months after his divorce, the narrator promises his ex-wife that he will take her daughter, his stepdaughter, to college. A late-night train ride then changes the mood of the trip in a way neither of them expected, and the promise he made starts to feel far more complicated than a simple favor. The story centers on the tension between family duty and feelings that should not exist.
