Selena Quill wakes up inside a novel, where she has become Selena, the spiteful supporting character who married wealthy tycoon Saul Reed. Saul uses a wheelchair, and the original Selena was so unhappy that she kept looking for ways to cheat on him, which ended with divorce papers being served. Selena, though, has no interest in repeating that path. The moment she sees Saul she is smitten, and she begins flirting with him and pushing into his personal space every day. Saul keeps his distance, but his composure cracks when Selena hires four gigolos.
