For years, florist Violet watched her floral designs get taken and presented as the work of her partner Julian. At an international competition, she unveiled Crown of Thorns, an installation built from her own sketches, and the distinctive fingerprints and handwriting on those drafts revealed his theft to everyone watching. Stepping out on her own, she entered under her name and won the gold medal with The Fifth Spring.
