Fatherhood in the Famine

Episode 28 of 50

Hunger shadows every doorway in this romance, where affection has to take root in a land stripped of food and certainty. The weight of fatherhood presses on the heart of the story as love and duty pull in the same direction. Each stretch of the drama turns the hardship of famine into a closer look at what people will give up for the ones they care about. Fans of tender, emotionally charged romance set against harsh times will find plenty to hold onto here.
