Chains of Heaven, Fist of Hell

Episode 9 of 70

Five centuries ago, the Buddha wrongly locked away the real Great Sage, Sun Wukong, and sealed him beneath a mountain while an impostor took his place. The story follows the Monkey King as he returns to the mortal and celestial realms to reclaim his name and settle his score with those who betrayed him. Heaven's chains and a rising tide of wrath set the stage for a relentless struggle against gods and demons alike.
