Bound to the Man Who Hunts My Fire

Episode 2 of 13

Nyra Valeblood is the last living ember of a bloodline the empire dreads, and after her out-of-control fire reduces her own city to ash, she is taken prisoner. Captain Kael Dareth has been told to deliver her alive or end her himself. As he hauls her across the Ashen Veil, an unwanted connection grows between them, each carrying old scars and secrets. Their journey leads to a ruined temple, where the mysterious keeper Isareth and the ambitious magic-user Madryn draw them into a tangled web of loyalty and desire while imperial killers close in and Nyra's flames grow harder to tame.
