Bound by a Djinn‘s Pact

Episode 2 of 66

After five hundred years sealed in a lamp, the Djinn Elijah strikes a bargain with the dying tycoon Steven: marry his granddaughter Christine and shield her for five years, and his freedom will be granted. Elijah becomes a devoted stay-at-home husband while quietly lifting the inexperienced CEO to the top of the business world, hiding his powers the whole time. Christine, however, treats him with icy contempt, and when her ex-boyfriend Tony manipulates her into serving divorce papers, the pact nears its end. Elijah walks away from the marriage without a backward glance.
