Altarboy

Eighteen-year-old Theo is thrown out of his home for being gay and left at a Catholic church with the goal of being "cured." There he meets a young priest, Alexander, who is attractive and openly difficult, and who assigns Theo the role of his personal altar boy. Their sharp dynamic begins as a battle of temptation, but it slowly grows into an obsession that neither can pray away. As the stakes shift from play to something real, both men face the danger of losing everything for a love they were never meant to feel.
