Carmen & Lola [Original]

Feature film now streaming on Epik Drama.

Carmen is a teenager from a Romani family, where tradition dictates that every young woman marries early and spends her life raising a large household, just as her mother and grandmothers did before her. Her future seems mapped out for her, leaving little room for her own wishes. The story of Carmen & Lola unfolds around this pressure, as Carmen begins to feel that the path laid out by her community may not be the one her heart can follow.
