You Signed My Termination, I Signed Your Defeat

Jacob Grant spends a grueling 24 hours landing a major project, then steps away for a brief cigarette in the stairwell. The following day his fiancée, Rosa Lynch, seizes on that moment to end his employment. Refusing to beg, Jacob walks out and joins forces with CEO Susie Koch to rebuild his life, setting up a showdown with the two people who betrayed him.
