Yes！The Lord of My Blood

Orphaned hunter Ella sneaks into an ancient castle searching for her missing boyfriend, but her intrusion wakes Kane, a primordial vampire who has slept for a thousand years. He forces her into a blood thrall contract by threatening the one life she still cares about, and his hold over her deepens with every passing night. As Ella digs deeper, she begins to suspect that the Hunter's Guild she once idolized is hiding dark secrets that reach into her own past.
