When the Reunion Fell Apart

Ryan Bennett lives under the long shadow of the Preston family, and his self-doubt grows heavier by the day. One New Year's holiday, his wife Natalie leaves to visit relatives and entrusts him with bath time for their little boy. A moment's distraction during a phone call turns an ordinary task into a tragedy. Stricken with grief, Ryan conceals what happened and hides the child, then keeps the Prestons away whenever they ask to see the boy, which stirs Natalie's suspicions and pushes her to uncover the truth on her own.
