The Westward Journey, Remade by Me

Modern tile worker John Smith suddenly finds himself transported into the world of Journey to the West, the classic tale of a monk's pilgrimage to fetch sacred scriptures. Instead of a legendary quest, he must navigate an unfamiliar ancient realm while keeping his true origins hidden from everyone around him. Trying to survive among gods, monsters and strangers who would never believe his story, he begins to reshape a journey that was never meant to be his own.
