The Vampire King I Was Born To Kill

Five hundred years ago, humans and vampires sealed an everlasting agreement that split power among three factions: the Bloodline Crown, the Dawn Guardians, and the Hunters. Ava Bennett, the last of the Guardians, bursts into the palace intending to kill King Damon Black, but he recognizes her and proposes a bargain: remain and discover who he really is. Behind the feared throne he is a prisoner the Council has held for three centuries. As Ava and Damon grow from enemies into allies, the Hunter Ryan Cole begins to doubt the mission he was given.
