The Stand-in Star

Struggling actor Leo agrees to become mob boss Dante's lover so he can cover his grandmother's hospital bills, only to be manipulated and framed by actress Chloe. After a fire, Leo fakes his own death and undergoes plastic surgery to emerge as Leon. Years later, grief-stricken Dante leans on medication to dull his regret, and when he meets a man who looks like Leo, he binds Leon to a lookalike contract while Chloe keeps stirring up trouble.
