The Silence of Drown

A string of drownings in the city is being linked to people who make too much noise, and the victims all seem to have been chosen for it. Vincent, a mediator who settles neighborhood disputes for a living, suddenly finds himself the prime suspect in the case. As he looks into the deaths, he begins to notice gaps in his own memory and strange signs that something in his past is not what it seems. The search for the truth forces him to face the people closest to him while the investigators close in.
