The Mountain Teacher

In a community where people believe girls should not be educated and are destined only for marriage, Ms. Helen Green refuses to accept that view. She takes a stand against the old belief and pushes back against the expectations placed on young women around her. Her determination to open the door to learning sets her on a path that puts her at odds with the people who hold tradition dear.
