The Missing Champion

Once a celebrated athlete, Everett was betrayed and left shattered, then disappeared from public life altogether. He resurfaces working as a janitor, but beneath the mop and uniform lies a player whose Golden Right Foot could still change the outcome of a match. The story follows his quiet return as he faces a steep 9-0 deficit that seems impossible to overcome.
